30 Days of Celebration

Download and print the journal cards. Fill out one card each day all month. 

If you are feeling extra motivated, you can cut the cards apart and put each one in a jar when you complete it. At the end of the month, you’ll have a jar full of celebrations and inspiration to look at whenever you need a boost. 

Or you can tape or glue them into your planner alongside your to-dos and should-have-dones, to remind yourself that life is actually pretty good, and you’re actually pretty great.

You can also give a copy to each of your coachees – but don’t give it to them unless you have committed to doing this for yourself as well.
